During the storms my TV aerial had become dislodged and I needed a TV aerial man urgently to removed the dangerous aerial hanging off my roof and also need a new one to replace it, I found a local firm called tv aerials installations and after explaining the situation they sent their engineer Wesley around within that very hour and without hesitation he removed the dangerous aerial and installed a new one, the job was completed to a very high standard. I can certainly say he was very professional and I was delighted with the works and service, would highly recommend Horizon to anyone. Great job thanks again

These guys are unbelieveable – really quick to answer the phone, directly helpful and attentive, and clearly knowledgeable and experienced on the subject of TV signal problems etc
Within 5 minutes I had been directed over the phone how to fix the problem with my Sky Box. Bravo and thanks, reckon you are 5 star guys!

Fantastic service! Were able to fit me in last minute. Mo arrived and was very polite, there was no pressure to purchase. The job carried out was a new aerial and 3 cables to 3 different rooms. All was done incredibly neatly and professionally, all mess cleared up after. Call from joe after to ensure I was happy. So nice to get good service, doesn’t happen often enough.

I have used these chaps on a few occasions and every time they have arrived promptly when they said they would and always carried out every job without scratching their heads! Each issue we’ve had has been solved and managed professionally, courteously and without making a mess.

I (embarrassingly) managed to cut through my satellite cable on my house when I was trimming the climber, but just one phone call resulted in one very pleasant and helpful engineer coming out within the hour and repairing it for me. Thank you so much TV aerial installations you have saved me from wait weeks for sky to come out to fix it!

They responded almost immediately to my email enquiry and arranged a visit within 48 hours. The work was assessed and quoted for on the day and done straight away. I was expecting an awful lot more fuss – my house is 4 stories tall – but everything was done without any bother at all and a very old aerial, poorly attached, is now replaced, firmly attached and working much better. Even the helicopters at nearby Battersea Heliport don’t interfere with the signal now.

TVAI offer a fantastic service with a smile. I have had years of problems with my aerial to be given high quotes from other companies. I rang TVAI and, not only was I pleasantly surprised by the reasonable cost, but delighted they recycle my existing cables that was not needed anymore – this company is good for the environment too. They were finished before I knew it and tidied up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone who was looking for a fast, efficient cost-effective service. thanks guys.
